Cancelations-
Items marked as special order in the product description are subject to a 20% restocking fee if cancelled and cannot be returned once shipped. Some special order items may not be able to be cancelled. We cannot cancel orders the day they are shipping. We also cannot cancel orders that have come in stock or have already that have already shipped to our facility. We reserve the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee on any non special order item cancelled within 30 days of purchase to cover processing fees.
Returns-
All requests for return of non defective merchandise must be within 30 days of receipt in writing via the contact us form. We will provide you with an RMA form that must be included with the return in order for us to accept it. All returns must be made in new, uninstalled condition or will be refused. The request for return must be made through our website contact us page in writing. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items listed as special order cannot be returns. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
If you receive a defective or damaged product please do not install it and contact us for resolution. Once a part is installed the sale is final, and all resolutions must be handled directly with the manufacturer under their warranty.
Warranty-
All Fidanza producted parts are covered under our limited lifetime Fidanza Warranty. We do not provide a warranty for any part we offer for sale that is not manufactured by Fidanza. Shop labor and other parts are never reimbursed.

Under no circumstance is the cost of installation reimbursable by Fidanza
All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will offer the option to cancel the order, or purchase at a normal or reduced price.
Alaska and HI orders may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you if this is the case with a new shipping quote after your order.
We do not accept checks or money orders for online payments.
Coupon codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
All images, logos, and descriptions are property of their manufacturers. Unless explicitly implied, Fidanza does not present as having a relationship with these manufacturers.
Defective items are always handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
The customer is responsible for fitment of the parts ordered, and liable for any costs to replace incorrectly ordered parts (See return policy above).
Any exhaust system or product that replaces the factory catalytic converter is sold for off road use only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the parts they purchase comply with their manufacturer’s warranty, and all local emissions laws.
Freight and oversize items may incur additional charges not shown on the site.
